About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support the Enterprise Revenue Strategy & Operations team. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams to support the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process, deal reviews, order management, bookings, and Salesforce administration. This is an excellent chance for someone with experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management within a B2B SaaS environment.

Sales Operations, Order Management, or Commercial Operations
- Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes within a B2B SaaS company
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, and data administration
- Experience reviewing order forms, contracts, renewals, pricing structures, and commercial agreements
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on ARR, ACV, Bookings, Renewals, Retention, and SaaS metrics
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process from opportunity through booking
- Review and validate order forms, renewals, amendments, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Ensure accurate order processing, bookings, and Salesforce data management
- Partner with Sales on deal structuring, pricing approvals, renewals, and non-standard requests
- Maintain and update Salesforce opportunities, accounts, re
