About the role

We're looking for two Recruiting Coordinators based in India to support our quick-growing US Talent team. Working night shift hours to overlap with our Pacific Time-based hiring teams, you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, world-class candidate experience while helping our recruiters and hiring managers move quickly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:




- Ensure every candidate has a world-class interview experience from first contact through offer
- Schedule a high volume of phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across hiring teams, executives, and candidates spanning multiple US time zones
- Coordinate travel logistics for non-local candidates as needed
- Support day-of interview logistics (virtual coordination, rescheduling, real-time troubleshooting) to keep interviews running on time
- Manage candidate flow and data integrity through our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and interviewers, providing clear, timely communication across time zones
- Support employer brand efforts by partnering with marketing and design on internal/external career page content
- Help organize and support virtual recruiting events, acting as a brand ambassador for Ethos
