Join a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion project as a senior functional expert within the Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management workstream.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the transition from legacy ECC processes to modern S/4HANA Asset Management.
The position offers the prospect to lead fit-gap assessments, functional design, configuration, migration, testing, and go-live activities.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams across MM, CO, QM, and EWM.
The environment is remote and offshore, with exposure to complex transformation initiatives and end-to-end SAP delivery.
Your expertise will directly contribute to a successful S/4HANA implementation, from initial analysis through cutover and hypercare.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the SAP PM/EAM workstream throughout the ECC to S/4HANA conversion, ensuring functional scope, deliverables, and timelines are effectively managed.
- Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and assess S/4HANA simplifications, functional changes, and business-process impacts.
- Design, configure, and validate SAP PM/EAM processes, including functional locations, equipment, maintenance orders, notifications, maintenance plans, and task lists.
- Support PM master data migration using relevant SAP migration tools and ensure data quality and business readiness.
- Define requirements and work closely with ABAP teams on RICEFW developments, enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits, including preparation of functional specifications.
- Lead functional testing, defect resolution, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
