We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with 6–8 years of expertise in Software Quality Assurance and Manual Testing to join our Nucleus Product Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and business-ready software releases by performing functional, exploratory, regression, API, integration, and data validation testing. Working in an Agile workplace, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to drive quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with Tosca test automation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing to ensure software quality.
- Conduct API, integration, and data validation testing across applications.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans,



and release testing approaches.
- Contribute to and enhance Tosca automated regression test suites.
- Coordinate testing across Development, UAT, and Staging environments.
- Support test data creation and maintenance for effective testing.
- Coordinate non-functional testing activities, including performance, security, accessibility, and load testing with specialist teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, story refinement, and sprint planning to ensure testability of requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to improve software quality throughout the SDLC.
- Monitor production defects, analyze quality trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Support release readiness and provide quality input for deployment go/no-go decisions.
