As an Executive Director in the CIB (Commercial & Investment Bank) Strategy India team, you will have the opportunity to work on key initiatives across the organization. You will lead CIB strategy projects and work closely with senior leaders across the organization. You will also contribute to the growth, development,



and visibility of the India Strategy team across the firmwide Strategy organization. You will scope complex problems, drive rigorous analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations and execution roadmaps. You will influence senior stakeholders across the organization and build trust-based, advisory relationships. You will also contribute to broader India Strategy team initiatives, including (but not limited to) training and upskilling, advancing the AI agenda, and hiring.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead high-priority initiatives/projects to address diverse and complex problems across the CIB
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner for CIB senior leaders, collaborating with strategy professionals around the world
