As a Product Director, Transactions Details & Search at JPMorganChase within Consumer & Community Bank's Channels Experiences unit, you will own the end-to-end strategy and delivery for transactions search and transaction details experiences across web and mobile channels. You will establish a shared transaction management foundation that enables consistent, high-performing customer experiences in critical moments. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, design, and operations leaders to deliver platform enhancements and measurable customer and business outcomes. You will define success metrics, monitor experience and platform health,



and drive continuous improvement through insight-led prioritization.
This role is a platform product leadership position focused on scaling consistent transaction search and details capabilities across multiple digital surfaces and partner teams. You will balance near-term delivery with longer-term platform strategy, ensuring patterns, standards, and reusable components are clear and adopted. The role requires strong stakeholder leadership, comfort operating with senior executives, and a track record of guiding teams through complex trade-offs. You will help reduce avoidable service contacts by improving discoverability, clarity, and self-service outcomes.
