Role Summary

A reputed organization managing school and resort
operations at Ramnagar is looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase
Manager who can independently manage procurement activities while also
having the ability to handle responsibilities similar to a School
Administrator.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement,
vendor management, inventory coordination, negotiation, documentation, and
administrative operations. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating
with multiple departments and managing day-to-day operational requirements of
both the school and hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase & Procurement
- Plan
and manage procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, consumables,
stationery,



maintenance items, food & beverage requirements, and other
operational necessities.
- Identify,
evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain
quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize
purchases.
- Ensure
timely procurement of materials while maintaining quality and cost
efficiency.
- Maintain
proper purchase records, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor
documentation.
- Monitor
stock levels and coordinate with concerned departments to avoid shortages
or excess inventory.
- Follow
up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality, replacements, and
pending orders.
- Coordinate
with accounts for purchase-related bills, payments, and documentation.

School Administration & Coordination
- Support
the management in day-to-day administrative operations of the school.

with teachers, support staff, housekeeping, maintenance, security,
