The Brief

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale Wirality’s Creator & Partnerships division from the ground up.

This person will be responsible for creating an ecosystem of:

that can create value for our clients and our own IPs.

You will be expected to build relationships, unlock opportunities, generate revenue and create a division that becomes a meaningful contributor to Wirality’s future growth.

1. Creator Network & Talent Ecosystem

Build a segmented, actively maintained database of 300+ creators, broken down by niche, tier, platform, and content format, not just follower count.

Develop proprietary relationships with talent managers, MCNs, creator-side agencies, and casting networks across metro cities.

Scout and sign emerging creators before they price out, building Wirality’s early-mover advantage across categories.

Evaluate creators using both qualitative signals (authenticity, narrative strength, brand-fit) and quantitative ones (engagement quality, audience demographics, CPM benchmarks).

Build and maintain a roster of low-budget theatre actors, trained performers, and improv talent for branded micro-drama casting needs.

Create a proprietary creator recommendation and briefing framework that account teams can use without you in the room.

2. Influencer Marketing - Campaign & Business Ownership

Own end-to-end influencer campaign execution: brief development, creator shortlisting, contracting, content review, and reporting.
