We are looking for an experienced production & quality manager to oversee both production operations and quality control at AAC Block & AAC Panel manufacturing plant at Kapadvanj. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, optimizing manpower and resources, reducing production losses and wastage, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building materials manufacturing , with a good understanding of both production and quality functions , along with solid team-handling and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

.

Production Management

● Manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

● Ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing of AAC Blocks and AAC Panels .

● Supervise production supervisors, operators, and shop-floor manpower. ● Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, machinery, and other resources.





● Monitor machine breakdowns, production losses, downtime, and wastage and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution. ● Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall plant performance.

● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Quality Management

● Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.

● Ensure products meet defined specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

● Conduct and supervise dimensional, visual, and functional testing as applicable.

● Identify defects, non-conformities, and process deviations and ensure timely corrective action.

● Analyze quality and production data to identify recurring issues and quality trends.

● Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) .
