Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
- Experience in driving YouTube’s ad formats adoption and business growth.
- Experience in a Go-To-Market (GTM), Product Management, or Sales Activation role where you were responsible for scaling product adoption at a regional level.
- Experience working in rapidly changing environments (e.g., tech, ad-tech, or agency) with a bias toward action and "winning as one" in a regional (APAC) context.
