- Bring techno‑functional expertise to drive HR digitization initiatives
- Lead deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM and other SaaS HR solutions
- Coordinate with Enabling Function teams for implementation and system operations activities
- Manage Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with continuous enhancements, rollouts, and operational delivery
- Act as a technology partner to HR leadership to drive innovation, analytics, and improved user experience and process optimization
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and escalations
