About the role:
We are looking for a Cloud and Enterprise Infrastructure, Lead Specialist with hands-on experience in managing on-premises virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for supporting VMware, Hyper-V, Windows & Linux Server environments, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting skills and be capable of managing day-to-day infrastructure operations in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure
- Administer and support VMware vSphere, ESXi Hosts, and vCenter environments.
- Manage Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms and clusters.
- Provision, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual machines.
- Perform infrastructure patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability of services.
- Support hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure refresh activities.
- Manage and support Azure and AWS cloud resources.
- Provision and maintain Virtual Machines,



Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and Backup Services.
- Support cloud migration and hybrid connectivity initiatives.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize costs.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure incidents and service issues.
- Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services.
- Work with Linux servers (RHEL/Ubuntu) for administration and troubleshooting.

Infrastructure Engineering & Automation
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, PowerCLI, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform) to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management.
