What You'll Do
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and validate DO-178 compliant safety-critical embedded software for next-generation avionics systems.
- Lead software development across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Analyze customer and system requirements and decompose them into high- and low-level software requirements.
- Develop robust software architectures and embedded applications using C/C++.
- Define and execute comprehensive verification and validation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Verification, Certification, and Program Management.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace certification standards and industry best practices.
- Drive technical excellence while mentoring engineers and influencing project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development for Aerospace or Safety-Critical Systems.
- 6+ Years of Robust expertise in DO-178 and ARP4754A development processes.
- 9+ Years of Hands-on experience with embedded softwar
