Position: Research Trainee (Startup Role) Reporting to: Research Training Coordinator (Professor)

Location: Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ), Noida Engagement Type: Internship / Traineeship

As a Research Trainee, you will work closely with senior scientists on active AI research projects, while also receiving structured exposure to the broader startup and research ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding cohort of a venture-studio-backed AI/deep-tech startup, with a clear path to full-time roles for high performers.

Responsibilities

Core Research Work

Contribute to hands-on AI/ML research under the direct mentorship of senior scientists

Support active, live research projects from ideation through experimentation and evaluation

Perspective Training In addition to core research work, trainees will receive structured exposure to:

Setting up and running a startup

Philosophy and psychology, as part of holistic development

IT skills and familiarity with modern AI tools

Presentation skills and professional grooming

Eligibility Criteria

Academics:



Minimum 90% in Mathematics and Science in Class 10 or Class 12

Background: Fresh Engineering graduates, Data Scientists, or Data Analysts from premier Engineering Institutes/Colleges

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience: None required — open to fresh graduates of 2025 and 2026

Mindset: Willingness to work in a high-intensity, research-driven startup environment

Compensation & Perks

Stipend: ₹50,000 per month, all-inclusive
