Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one or more teams building scalable data and AI-driven platforms in the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) domain.
You will blend technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people management, with a focus on building resilient, cloud-native systems and driving innovation through AI and automation.
You bring 8+ years of experience in distributed systems, data engineering, and modern software delivery, along with experience building and mentoring teams.
Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Execution
- Manage delivery of complex, multi-quarter engineering programs




- Improve predictable execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ensure, on-time delivery in consideration of our priorities
- Manage dependencies across teams, platforms, and partners
- Track and improve important engineering metrics (velocity, quality, reliability)

2. Technical Leadership
- Architect and oversee scalable, secure, cloud-native systems (AWS preferred)
- Guide teams on best practices in:
- Microservices architecture
- Data pipelines (batch and streaming)
- API design and integration
- Event-driven systems
- Champion engineering excellence:
- Code quality, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines
- Observability and production
- Improve adoption of AI/GenAI solutions to improve engineering efficiency and product capabilities

3. Data & AI Engineering (Preferred)
- Lead development of large-scale data platforms using tools like Spark, Glue, and data lakes
- Ensure real-time and batch data processing pipelines
