What You'll Do
Come thrive at Birdeye and help build the future of Experience Marketing. As a BDR Enablement Manager, you will be the primary owner of enablement for Birdeye's global BDR India organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for designing, delivering,



and continuously improving onboarding, training, coaching, and enablement programs across the IndiaBDR teams.
Working closely with Business Development Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Marketing, you will single-handedly drive BDR readiness by creating scalable learning experiences, sales playbooks, coaching frameworks, and enablement resources that improve productivity, messaging, and pipeline generation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building enablement programs from the ground up, thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and can independently influence performance at scale.

- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for new BDR hires across India.
