Candidate should have 5+ years qualified experience in software product management. Your role will be crucial in building innovative solutions that drives customer engagement across all banking channels in Kotak.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that encompasses market needs, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements. Define the vision and roadmap.
- Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, banking & fintech industry trends, and customer needs. Identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, evaluation, and iteration. Ensure the product aligns with the business goals and delivers value to end-users.
