This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter focused on hiring highly skilled technology professionals across the US and Canada.
You will own end-to-end talent acquisition for roles spanning Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and advanced analytics.
The position combines strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
You will build strong pipelines for specialized and senior-level talent in a competitive technology market.
Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to organizational growth and potentially take ownership of recruiting for a business line or broader vertical.

Accountabilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the US and Canada, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing.
- Source and attract qualified candidates for GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, analytics, consulting, and leadership positions.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines to support both current openings and anticipated future hiring needs.
- Screen candidates against role requirements, assess suitability, and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely communication.
