Objectives of this role:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.

• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes,



and shipping methods.

• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

• In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.

• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.

• Maintain a secure and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

• Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse regularly.

• Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits and PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space
management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
