Requirements
• 3–4+ years of engineering experience• Robust backend experience with Node.js / Express.js, MongoDB and SQL• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based systems• Experience with React / Next.js and DevOps• Strong infrastructure and security fundamentals• An ownership mindset and a genuine bias toward building• An AI-native approach to coding, automation and problem-solving
