Curefoods is hiring a Chief of Staff – Online Brands to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier for

the Head of Online Brands across the company's cloud kitchen and food delivery portfolio (Olio Pizza,

CakeZone, Eatfit, Nomad, and Arambam). This is a business leadership role at the intersection of strategy,

growth, and execution.

The Chief of Staff will help identify the highest-impact opportunities across the portfolio, translate them

into explicit priorities, and work across functions to take them from idea to outcome. The mandate spans

brands, cities, and functions—including growth, operations, finance, marketing, product, people, and

new business initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who can move comfortably between analyzing a business

problem, building a recommendation, aligning stakeholders, and getting into the details required to

make execution happen

Key Responsibilities

● Own the operating rhythm: weekly/monthly business reviews, deep-dives, OKR tracking, and

execution of key priorities across functions.





● Represent the key priorities in cross-functional forums (ops, finance, HR, product, marketing)

and drive alignment on priorities and timelines.

● Act as a strategic filter for incoming priorities, independently drive matters that can be resolved

cross-functionally, and synthesize critical decisions that require closer attention.

● Proactively identify operational bottlenecks across departments and design, implement, and

monitor streamlined workflows to improve overall team efficiency and output.

● Manage special projects that cut across brands and functions—such as new brand launches,

market entry, org structuring, cost optimization, and process redesign.

● Partner with HR, finance, and other enabling functions on cross-cutting business priorities

(payroll, hiring, vendor/cost reconciliation) that require deeper alignment or intervention.

● Build a strong communication bridge between the Head and function
