ABOUT THE ROLE

Medico Hub is looking for a dynamic, qualified and target-oriented MBA-qualified Business Development professional to join our Lucknow team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, visiting hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, schools and educational institutions, generating recruitment requirements and building long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Lucknow and across Uttar Pradesh.

• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, schools and other institutions.





• Generate qualified leads through field visits, references, networking, calls, meetings and other business development activities.

• Convert potential leads into active clients and recruitment requirements.

2. Hospital & Healthcare Client Acquisition

• Regularly visit hospitals, multispecialty hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres.

• Meet HR managers, hospital administrators, directors, owners and other decision-makers.

• Understand their manpower and recruitment requirements.

• Generate requirements for Doctors, Specialists, Super-Specialists, Nursing Staff, RMO/DMO/EMO and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain regular follow-up with healthcare clients until the requirement is successfully onboarded.

3. School & Education Sector Business Development

• Visit schools, colleges and educational institutions to identify staffing and recruitment requirements.
