Hunter Douglas is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)



functional expert to serve as the Oracle HCM Solution Architect within our IT team in a global role supporting and partnering with teams across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. This role is the system-side authority for Oracle HCM, with solid functional ownership of the platform and how it supports end-to-end HR processes across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, and Onboarding, including how Oracle HCM integrates with ADP and other payroll and HR systems. This position can sit in either Mumbai or Bangalore India, but must be able to work US EST, or CST hours.

The role partners closely with:

· The HR Business Partner (who owns business relationship and roadmaps),

· An offshore application support team (day-to-day ticket execution), and a US-based counterpart (global alignment and shared ownership across regions).

The role will also help identify practical opportunities to use AI, agents, chatbots, and automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, surface issues earlier, and strengthen support operations
