​​ ​​Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer to enhance an existing Salesforce Field Service environment and replace ADMS outage work-order functions. This role will be responsible for technical design, hands-on development, release quality, and technical leadership supporting outage work-order management, dispatch, mobile field execution, and ADMS/OMS integrations.

The successful candidate will build reliable, scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions that enable field agents to access and update outage work orders through Salesforce Field Service Mobile, including offline operating conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and hands-on development of Salesforce Field Service capabilities supporting outage work orders, work types, service appointments, status flows, dispatch, territories, scheduling, and optimization.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce Field Service Mobile for technician workflows, offline access, synchronization, usability, and secure field execution.




- Develop custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flow, SOQL, APIs, and platform-native capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and ADMS, OMS, and related outage-management systems, including error handling, monitoring, data mapping, and reconciliation.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate Salesforce AI capabilities to improve outage-work-order operations, field productivity, decision support, or user experience.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to refine technical requirements, estimate work, identify dependencies, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, mentor team members, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Own release readiness, including automated testing, deployment planning, setting management, and release quality.
