Description
As the Senior Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless operation of the OneERP landscape (SAP S/4HANA) across Group Functions. Your expertise in program management and Finance processes will be pivotal in this role, as you navigate complex projects and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery and governance of the OneERP landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of Finance processes, including FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing.
- Act as the primary point of contact and key interface between DTICI (India), DTAG (Germany), and business stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the OneERP landscape, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards,



maintaining a high level of data integrity and security.
- Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical leads, providing guidance and support to ensure their career development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, Finance processes, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Own the end-to-end performance management cycle for the OneERP team, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals
