We are now looking for an Application Special for our Packaging & Hygiene Solutions Business Unit which based in India.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Technical proposals, lab evaluations, field trial support, system optimizations, trouble-shootings to existing and potential customers
- High standard lab and trial reports with robust analysis and recommendations
- Formal technical trainings to internal sales and exteranl custoemrs
- Support to all South East Asia customers, and other APAC regions if needed
- Cross function cooperation with sales, R&D;, regional and global application teams
- New application expertise development according to company and market needs





What you’ll bring to the team:
- Minimum B.Sc. degree
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in pulp and paper industry, paper chemical company is preferred
- Hands-on experience in technical support, valuable understanding of wet end chemistry application (internal and surface size, strength, retention, deposit control knowledge are preferred)
- Fluent English Writing, Reading, Listening and speaking ability
- Good communication, presentation, data analysis and report writing skills
- Willing to travel up to 80% in South East Asia countries
- Result-driven, self-motivated, positive altitude and able to work independently
