Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Mid Market Sales team, focusing on developing and managing relationships with mid-sized businesses. Your primary goal is to understand client needs, offer tailored financial solutions, and drive business growth. You will be a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and building long-lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Offer tailored financial solutions, including banking, investment, and insurance products, to meet client requirements.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and cross-sell/up-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and timely resolution of client issues.




- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market trends to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank and expand the client base.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the Mid Market Sales department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, with the ability to offer tailored solutions.
