Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

About the Role: We are a rapidly scaling Fintech product company seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making. You will partner with product, risk, and growth teams to analyze complex transaction datasets, uncover user behavior trends, and build scalable BI dashboards that monitor core financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Write complex, highly optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate large-scale transaction and user data.

Design and maintain interactive, real-time dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Analyze core Fintech metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), churn rates, and transaction success rates.

Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate new product features and risk models.

Clean and preprocess unstructured data using Python (Pandas/NumPy) or R to prepare for advanced analytics.

Translate complex data findings into actionable business narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

3 to 7 years of dedicated experience as a Data Analyst.

Expert-level proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs, query optimization).

Strong hands-on experience with at least one enterprise BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Demonstrable experience using Python or R for data manipulation.

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Prior experience in the Fintech, Banking, or Payments domain (understanding of risk, fraud, or lending).

Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Experience with dbt for data transformation.
