You will remain hands-on, designing systems, writing code, solving complex production challenges, and guiding critical initiatives from concept to launch.
The role spans backend, frontend, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, reliability, security, and observability.
You will turn ambiguous product and engineering challenges into scalable technical solutions and clear execution plans.
As a senior technical voice, you will influence architecture decisions while balancing speed, scalability, cost, reliability, and maintainability.
You will also raise engineering standards through mentorship, collaboration, and robust development practices.

Accountabilities
- Own the technical design and execution of major products, systems, and engineering initiatives, taking responsibility from initial concept through production.
- Design and evolve scalable, reliable systems across backend and frontend applications, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Remain hands-on through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and production problem-solving.
- Lead architecture decisions and evaluate trade-offs involving performance, scalability, reliability, cost, development speed, and long-term maintainability.
- Translate ambiguous product and business challenges into clear technical approaches, solution designs, and actionable execution plans.
- Lead technically critical initiatives and coordinate engineering efforts across teams to ensure successful delivery.
