We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant/Deputy Manager Depositary Services and Supporting Vistra Luxembourg Depositary Function based in our Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited. reporting to the Manager this full-time and permanent position is based in Indore/ Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC operations department and its’ growth.
We are seeking an Offshore Depositary Operations Specialist to support the operational activities of Vistra Luxembourg depositary function operating within the alternative investment fund industry.
The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support services under the direction and oversight of the Vistra Luxembourg depositary management team. The role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail and experience in financial services operations within a controlled outsourcing workplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform operational support activities relating to depositary processes and workflows
- Assist with reconciliations, data validation, and workflow monitoring
- Prepare operational reports and management information for Luxembourg teams
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and audit trails
- Track exceptions and escalate operational issues, discrepancies and data quality concerns in line with procedures
- Perform transaction processing and booking in the depositary tool based on valida
