Understand the full Distribution business processes and data flows to provide meaningful insights and improvements, including both the Retail and Institutional Asset Management business. Work closely with business teams to gather and document their data needs,



identify key data sources, and collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to resolve data-related issues. Lead interviews, and discussions to capture the right requirements and ensure alignment. Use your strong industry knowledge to provide context and insight that enhances decision-making. Validate how data is consumed across reports, websites, dashboards, and applications, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems. Query Snowflake and other databases efficiently to extract and analyze data. Run APIs as part of data integration and validation processes. Analyze data quality issues, identify exceptions, and recommend remediation strategies. Apply robust analytical skills to interpret data and support business objectives.
