Service Delivery & Operational Excellence Deliver high-quality HR operational support in accordance with agreed service standards and SLAs. Adopt a service delivery and continuous improvement mindset to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency. Collaborate with Global Service Delivery (GSD) teams to transition suitable HR administrative activities into the shared services model.
