We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior UX Designer . In this role, you will drive end-to-end user experience design for learners across the globe in our executive education programs. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering,



Research, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences that span the user lifecycle, from enrollment through certificate issuance.
As a senior member of the design team, you will lead design initiatives, influence product strategy, advocate for users, and help establish design best practices across a global portfolio.
User Experience Strategy & Design
Lead the UX design process from discovery through delivery for complex enrollment, payment and learning features.
Translate business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints into intuitive user experiences.
Design for scalability across global markets, user segments, and learning scenarios.
Define and maintain design patterns that align with established design systems and accessibility standards.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
