We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA IS-Retail Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP Retail and S/4HANA.
The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in IS-Retail functional processes, solution architecture, business process design, requirement gathering, solution validation, and integration with relevant SAP modules.
The Solution Architect will act as a key functional bridge between business stakeholders and the implementation partner, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable SAP solutions aligned with S/4HANA Retail best practices and business objectives.
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of SAP Retail / IS-Retail experience with strong functional knowledge
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA IS-Retail
- Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Retail business processes
- Experience in business requirement gathering and process analysis
- Ability to conduct and participate in Fit-to-Standard / business workshops
- Experience in solution architecture, solution design and validation
- Ability to review functional specifications, solution proposals and SAP configurations
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders and SI/implementation partners
- Experience preparing/reviewing process documents, user stories and future-state designs
- Experience in SIT, UAT and defect resolution
- Experience supporting cutover and go-live activities
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Retail best practices
- Ability to identify functional gaps and recommend appropriate SAP-standard solutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
