We are looking for an accomplished Analytics & Insights leader to build and scale a high-performing analytics capability within Woolworths Group India, supporting one of Australia's largest retailers and its growing digital and eCommerce businesses.
Working within the wiq ecosystem, created through the partnership between Woolworths Group and Quantium, you will help unlock the power of data to reimagine retail. The role sits at the intersection of Analytics & Insights, business decision-making and modern data capabilities, translating complex data into clear, commercially relevant outcomes.
This is a leadership role for someone who can build strong managers, shape an AI-first culture and partner closely with CustomerX, eComX and other senior leaders. it requires the ability to connect analytics, data, technology and business priorities to solve meaningful customer and commercial problems.

Capability Building: Data Storytelling:



Customer & eCommerce Impact: Partner with CustomerX, eComX and senior business stakeholders to solve complex customer, commercial and digital problems and translate data into actionable insights.
Thought Partnership: Act as a trusted analytics partner, connecting business priorities with data, technology and analytical approaches to influence decisions and outcomes.
AI-First Analytics & Modern Data
AI-First Mindset: Drive adoption of Generative AI and AI-enabled ways of working to automate workflows, accelerate delivery and uplift team capability.
Champion modern data and analytics practices, including DBT, Python, repeatable data workflows and cloud-based data capabilities.
Quality & Integrity: Establish strong analytical quality practices, including automated QA, defensive coding and appropriate governance of analytical outputs.
