The position offers an opportunity to lead multiple manufacturing facilities and drive the organisation's next phase of operational excellence, automation, productivity and profitable growth .
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations from Order to Despatch , ensuring delivery against customer commitments.
Lead and integrate multiple manufacturing facilities with common operating standards and performance benchmarks.
Manufacture products within targeted cost while consistently achieving defined quality standards .
Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable financial and operational perks.
Drive Industry 5.0, automation, robotics,



digital manufacturing and smart-factory initiatives .
Lead manufacturing scale-up and commercialisation of new products from pilot stage to stable commercial production.
Support commissioning, ramp-up and stabilisation of new manufacturing capacities and greenfield/brownfield projects .
Drive manufacturing cost optimisation covering materials, manpower, energy, utilities, maintenance, scrap and conversion costs.
Ensure world-class EHS, process safety and statutory compliance .
Build a strong succession pipeline and develop Plant Heads and manufacturing leaders .
Graduate Engineer with 20+ years of manufacturing/operations experience .
Experience should be predominantly in process manufacturing industries .
Proven track record of leading multiple manufacturing plants is critical.
Strong hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Operational Excellence .
Demonstrated experience in implementing automation, robo
