About the Role
We're seeking an Assistant Manager, Brand, as an individual contributor role to join our marketing team to transform our Brand Measurement programme into strategic insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a robust analytics and insights foundation, with familiarity of the main tools in use at JLL.
You will be responsible for monitoring global key brand health metrics of JLL and reporting the shifts seen in these metrics and linking to certain events that would have sparked these shifts. You'll use data analysis techniques to provide insights to your brand stakeholder by studying the brand dashboard that tracks key metrics such as customer sentiment, brand awareness, market share, and competitive landscape. You should be articulate and a good communicator so that you are able to translate the data into key insights. These insights will inform strategic marketing and brand decisions that will be fundamental to ensure brand success and business growth for JLL in all its priority markets.
