Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Sales & Branch Operations to lead the Sales Team, drive sales enhancement and manage the Cochin Branch.
The key objective of this position is to increase sales, develop the Sales Team, expand the customer base, develop new markets and ensure achievement of the company's sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate the entire Sales Team.
Develop and implement strategies for sales enhancement and business growth.
Take ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales plans and ensure effective execution by the Sales Team.
Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective action where required.
Develop the capabilities of existing Sales Executives through guidance, training and regular review.
Identify manpower requirements and support the development of new sales teams.
Develop new territories, markets,



customers and business opportunities.
Increase sales from existing customers and develop new customer accounts.
Personally support the team in major customer meetings, negotiations and high-value opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, chain labs, medical colleges, research institutions and other institutional customers.
Develop business across Clinical Diagnostics product portfolio.
Monitor sales pipeline, quotations, opportunities, orders and forecasts.
Conduct regular sales review meetings and ensure proper follow-up of sales activities.
Analyse sales performance and identify areas for sales improvement and growth.
Develop strategies to improve product-wise, customer-wise and territory-wise sales.
Coordinate with principals and internal teams to support sales development.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cochin Branch.
Submit regular sales reports and MIS to Management.
