This is an exciting field-sales opportunity focused on driving retail business growth across Agra and surrounding markets. You will take ownership of revenue delivery across a defined territory, developing solid distribution networks and expanding demand across multiple product categories. The role combines sales execution, channel management, relationship building, market development, and commercial planning. You will work closely with architects, builders, contractors, channel partners, and end customers to strengthen market presence and create new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include managing primary and secondary sales, collections, promotional activities, and market intelligence. Working alongside regional and zonal leadership, you will contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and broader business growth initiatives.

Accountabilities:
Deliver revenue objectives for the retail business across the assigned territory in line with agreed sales plans and targets.
Develop, establish, and manage an effective distribution channel across Agra, Mathura, Etah, Etawah, Jhansi, Lalitpur, and surrounding upcountry markets.
Regularly review distributor performance, identify gaps, and implement actions to improve coverage, productivity, and sales performance.
Build market demand across the full product portfolio through effective sales and business development initiatives.
Manage primary and secondary sales while maintaining strong visibility into territory performance and market trends.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to maintain healthy receivables.
