We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Community Manager to join our QL Business Inner Circle team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with Business Inner Circle (BIC) members in assigned cities, handling their business-related queries, and guiding them on how our coaching programs can help scale their businesses and generating referrals to grow the BIC community. Your primary objective will be to interact with BIC members who are eligible for our business coaching program, understand their business needs, explain the coaching roadmap, and pass on qualified prospects to the sales team for closure. This role requires someone who is confident, business-minded, and comfortable working with MSME business owners. We are looking for someone who can build trust with clients and support revenue growth through structured client engagement.
