Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with walk-in and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable roofing, panel, and structural solutions from the company’s product portfolio. The specialist will manage the entire sales cycle at the retail outlet, including product demonstrations, price discussions, order booking, and coordination with internal teams for delivery and installation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, ensuring accurate display and stock arrangement, handling customer queries and concerns, and documenting leads and sales activities in the system. The role also requires building strong customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing feedback from the market to support continuous improvement in products and services.
