This role supports the scalability and reliability of enterprise technology environments through systems integration, data validation, automation, and technical support. You will monitor application interfaces, troubleshoot data flows, and help ensure seamless connectivity across business systems. The position also offers an prospect to identify manual processes that can be streamlined through automation, reporting, and workflow improvements. You will contribute to dashboards, operational reporting, technical documentation, and support processes that improve efficiency and visibility. As the organization advances its use of AI, you will also help prepare structured knowledge and documentation for future AI-enabled support solutions. Working closely with IT operations and business stakeholders, you will help strengthen technical support maturity and reduce manual intervention.

Accountabilities:
Monitor and support application integrations, interfaces, extracts, imports, and recurring data flows, ensuring issues are identified and addressed efficiently.
Troubleshoot integration and data issues, validate data movement, document exceptions, and coordinate escalation when required.
Maintain integration inventories, data flow diagrams, support runbooks, monitoring checklists, and other technical documentation.
Identify manual processes that could benefit from automation, reporting enhancements, workflow standardization, or self-service capabilities.
Support the configuration, testing, validation, and documentation of automation solutions in collaboration with IT leadership and relevant stakeholders.
