Job Summary
As Senior Program Manager, Corporate Real Estate Design and Delivery for APAC you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Corporate Real Estate office fit-out capital projects across the APAC region, from project initiation through completion and handover.
Working closely with the Global Senior Delivery Manager, Design Studio, Regional CRE stakeholders, Finance, and external delivery partners,



you will lead multiple concurrent projects across diverse markets, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to Equinix’s global design, quality, and governance standards.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role requiring robust programme management capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively across different cultures, time zones, and levels of project maturity.
You will act as the regional point of accountability for delivery, while contributing to the evolution of global delivery standards, playbooks, and ways of working.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of APAC office fit-out projects, from feasibility and business case through construction, handover, and post-occupancy review
Manage multiple concurrent projects across the region, ensuring programme alignment, sequencing, and risk mitigation
Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, budget, sche
