The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across key business functions within the organisation, enabling Trainee to develop a comprehensive understanding of the fragrance industry from creation and sourcing to manufacturing, marketing, sales,



and customer engagement.Tasks and Responsibilities

Participate in structured rotations across key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Fragrance Development.
Assist in special projects as directed by the GM, including research, data analysis, and project coordination.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency within the role and the broader organization.
Support day-to-day business activities and projects within assigned functions.
Support the execution of customer, commercial, operational, and administrative activities.
Collaborate with diverse teams to solve business challenges and drive process efficiencies.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
