YOUR NEW ROLE
Be a key contributor in a high-performance analytics team,



working collaboratively within cross-functional Remediation squads to support the timely resolution of Events across the Enterprise
Create analytical tools and models to quantify the number of customers impacted by different types of Events
Develop the financial calculators to determine the appropriate customer compensation to ensure customers are remediated fairly, accurately and in a timely manner
Be involved in delivering initiatives that uplift the consistency and performance of the team
Contribute towards the Remediation Analytics capability and team at NAB that is customer centric, efficient, timely, transparent and comprehensive
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
8+ years of Data analysis experience in a technology and data domain.
Extensive hands-on experience in SQL in traditional DBMS and/or Cloud. Python knowledge is positive to have.
Knowledge of core data principles such as Data Science, Engineering, Analysis and Data Modelling.
