YOUR NEW ROLE
The Senior Analyst provides expert-level application support, governance alignment,



and technical oversight for NAB’s BlackLine platform as it expands to support enterprise-wide reconciliations. The role ensures platform stability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across business-as-usual (BAU) support and enhancement activities.
Application Support:
Lead BlackLine application support activities, including incident resolution, defect triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with the vendor where required.
Enterprise Reconciliation Support:
Oversee complex reconciliations and support the onboarding of recent accounts and data feeds from upstream systems.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure alignment with NAB risk, control, and compliance frameworks, including audit and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Insights:
Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, providing timely insights to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, a
