Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a strategic hiring partner and people leader for Harris India, driving recruitment excellence across multiple business units and functions. This role goes beyond operational recruitment delivery and focuses on building scalable talent strategies, influencing business decisions, strengthening recruiter capability, and enabling long-term workforce growth.
The individual will lead a team of recruiters while partnering closely with business leaders, HR leadership,



and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational leadership, stakeholder management, talent intelligence, and team development.

Partner with senior business leaders to drive workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
