Oracle Finance Functional Consultant (R12)
Experience: 6+ Years
Key Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.
Experience in Ledger setup, Operating Units, Inventory Organizations, and financial configurations.
Strong support, troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder management experience.
Basic SQL knowledge for issue analysis and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Oracle Personalizations, Profile Options, Approval Workflows, Security Responsibilities, and Finance-related setups.
Experience preparing Functional Design Documents (MD50), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Setup Documents, Test Scripts, and User Training Materials.
Experience working closely with technical teams on Customizations, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Reports.




Strong knowledge of Finance integrations with SCM, Procurement and external banking systems.
Hands-on experience in data validation, reconciliation, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
Ability to perform root cause analysis, resolve production issues, and independently manage support and enhancement requests.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Extensive support experience and ability to conduct POC & come up with solutions on their own
Positive attitude that is filled with willingness to help and offer solutions to clients. Must be a valuable team player that can work seamlessly with internal team members
