A Day in the Life
The Digital Technologies function within Medtronic Engineering & Innovation Center (MEIC) partners with Global Business Units (GBUs) to deliver software solutions that support product development, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives across the enterprise. The team leads complex software programs spanning enterprise platforms, cloud and mobile applications, and regulated medical technology environments, enabling scalable and compliant solutions that advance patient care and business outcomes.
This position is based in Hyderabad, India and follows a Flex work model.

The Principal Program Analyst leads medium to high complexity software development programs and serves as the primary point of coordination across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for driving program execution, managing stakeholder engagement, establishing governance processes, and delivering actionable insights that support successful business and technology outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex software development programs aligned to business and organizational objectives.
Partner with engineering leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define program scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and program dashboards to ensure execution transparency.
