Overview
The Data Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the data management function of Global Development Services, spanning Cost Management, Project Controls, Development Management, and Development Advisory. This position is focused on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data-driven initiatives and tools to elevate operational excellence and business performance across the organisation.



The Data Manager will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, governance, and availability, underpinning the effective use of analytics and AI solutions throughout the business.
Requirements
Data Expertise: Demonstrated experience in structuring, transforming, analysing, and approving complex project data for use in business intelligence and AI applications.
Technical Involvement: In-depth involvement with data management aspects of cost management, project controls, development management, and advisory functions, ensuring data quality and compliance for all outputs.
Cost Management
Oversee data collection, cleaning, approval, and integration processes to support the development of robust project cost databases and reporting systems.
Direct data lifecycle management initiatives, including the integration of forecasting, benchmarking, and variance tracking data to ensure accurate project budgeting and reporting.
